NOTICE: Password Requirement Updates for 3i PACS Access

Starting on Monday August 10th, 2026, Radiology Associates, P.C. will be updating our password complexity requirements to align with security best practices.

New Minimum Password Requirements

At least 12 characters including:

  • 1 uppercase
  • 1 lowercase
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character

Note: Your access and current password will not be impacted by this update. Requirements will be enforced upon your next password change.

Tips

One effective way to create a strong password that is easier to remember is to use a passphrase.

A passphrase combines several unrelated words with numbers and special characters. When created properly, passphrases are typically longer and more resistant to password-cracking attempts while remaining easier to recall than a short password made up of random characters.

How to create a strong passphrase

Choose three or four unrelated words and combine them using numbers, dashes, or other special characters. Avoid using personal information such as names, birthdays, pets, favorite teams, or other easily identifiable details. Common phrases, song lyrics, quotations, and predictable word combinations should also be avoided, as these may be easier for attackers to guess.
